MVPHA is accepting applications for 1 and 2-bedroom units. This waitlist is only for elderly or disabled individuals or families.

Applications are selected in order by date and time of submission.

Applicants must provide names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and income for all family members. At least one household member must have legal immigration status to qualify.

Applicants must also submit HUD Form 92006 to the office, drop box, or by email at publichousing@mvpha.org.
