Mr. Montague has many years of extensive knowledge in housing maintenance. He has served as the Procurement Officer and Manager of the Maintenance Department of MVPHA for four years. He has held several positions including Program Manager of Military Family Housing at White Sands Missile Range and Vandenberg Air Force Base.

Mr. Montague’s professional credentials include Certified in Government Property Management from the Defense Acquisitions University in Washington D.C. and Certified Chief Procurement Officer from the State of New Mexico.

Mr. Montague has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from New Mexico State University. He has lived in Las Cruces for nearly 30 years.
